Monika has been a part of the RCB family since 2016. She possesses qualifications in both management and Health and Social Care. With over 7 years of managerial work experience, she holds a Level 7 Diploma in Operations Management and a Level 5 qualification in Health and Social Care.

Before joining RCB, Monika was a Registered Manager at our Canterbury site, Old Farmhouse. She was recognised for her compliance skills and subsequently promoted to an Operations Manager role.

Monika relishes moments with her family and pets during her leisure time. Additionally, she finds pleasure in researching and reading articles related to the healthcare sector.

With over two decade of experience in the care sector, Denise brings a strong depth of knowledge and leadership to her role. She holds NVQ Level 3 and Level 5 qualifications in Health and Social Care, alongside Level 3 Safeguarding, and has completed the Oliver McGowan course), ensuring a robust understanding of best practice and inclusive care.

Denise has held a range of senior and frontline roles, including Registered Care Manager, Care Coordinator, and Care Assistant. Her experience spans elderly care, supported living, children’s outreach services, and extra care provision, enabling her to lead services with a comprehensive and well-rounded perspective.

Outside of her professional responsibilities, Denise enjoys spending time with her family, walking, and taking short breaks away, supporting a balanced and refreshed approach to her role!
