Live-In Home Care Services

Our live-in home care service provides dedicated 24/7 support, with experienced carers typically working on a one week on, one week off rota to ensure continuity of care and regular respite for staff.

With live-in home care, a fully trained caregiver moves into the patient's home to provide around-the-clock assistance, allowing individuals to remain in familiar surroundings while receiving the support they need.

Our carers can assist with a wide range of daily tasks, outlined below.

We provide specialist care for individuals living with complex conditions, including Parkinson's disease and Dementia, as well as for those recovering following a stay in hospital.

To ensure the comfort and wellbeing of both the client and carer, live-in carers require their own private bedroom or personal space within the home while they are living in.

What sets our live-in home care service apart is our reputation as a trusted, family-run care provider with more than 30 years of experience. We are committed to delivering affordable, high-quality care with transparent and flexible pricing across parts of Kent, including Gravesham, Dartford and Medway. We are accredited by the Care Quality Commission and are proud members of Age UK, the Homecare Association and the Alzheimer's Society.

What is Live-in Care?

This is when a Health Care Assistant lives with an individual in their own home. It allows them to remain in familiar surroundings in the house they love, with 1:1 support.

What tasks will my Live-in Carer be able to complete for me?

Everyday tasks including personal care, cooking meals, medication support, household tasks, and shopping.

Will my family and friends be able to visit whenever they want?

Yes, not like some care homes where visiting is limited, family and friends can come and go as the individual pleases.

Can they support me outside of the home?

Our staff can support with accessing the community, including going to appointments, going out for days, and taking shopping trips.

How long will they stay with me?

This depends on the Health Care Assistants' shift pattern and the individual's preference, but the minimum is 1 week on and 1 week off.
