Paul Adeniyi
With extensive qualifications and over 17 years of experience in health and social care, Paul brings a wealth of expertise to leadership and management roles in the sector. He’s academic credentials include an MSc in International Project Management, a BSc in Accounting and Finance, an HND in Finance and Accounting, and a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children and Young People’s Services.
As a seasoned Registered Manager, Service Manager, and Extra Care Manager, Paul has a proven track record across various care settings, including extra care, home care, supported living, and residential care. He’s leadership experience spans managing client groups with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health needs, and is skilled in implementing the Positive Behaviour Model to support client wellbeing.
Paul began his career in health and social care in 2006 with the Royal Mencap Society, where he progressed from Support Worker to Team Leader, Registered Manager, and Service Manager. He then joined Notting Hill Housing as an Extra Care Manager, and later worked with organisations such as Exclusive Care, Decimal Staffing, and Lifeways Solutions Limited, where he held key roles as Registered Manager and Operations Manager.
In the past two years, Paul’s focus has been on tendering and project development. He have successfully won tenders in Cornwall, Durham, Kent County Council, Medway, and York and established new services in Barking and Romford. Paul’s project portfolio also includes work across Sutton, Richmond, Kingston, Hounslow, Wandsworth, Croydon, Lewisham, Lambeth, and Kent County Council.
Outside of work, Paul enjoys music and socialising, which help him recharge and connect with others.
